Hey guys, I'm pretty confused and sad right now. My right arm is SOO much stronger than my left arm. My right forearm is ONE INCH bigger than my left!!!!! It looks SOOO uneven man. What should i do? I talked to Patrick (P-Funk) and he told me to stop doing barbells and only use dumbells. Should i stop barbells all together for a while or what can i do differently in my training to even it out. Stop doing the right arm for a while?
