eating at uni is a lot easier than you think, whey and tuna are 2 great instant cheap sources of quality protein, chicken might be a little dearer but you can grill it in minutes, and slice it and take it into uni with you when needed, those 3 were my staple sources of protein at uni, i estimate i get a good 75-80% of my protein from those, other options are grilled steak, grilled salmon and ready to eat ham, although making steak and salmon staple meals in your daily routine is gonna be pricey, i'd just eat them once every 3-4 days
in terms of carbs oats, rice, baked potato... drop the oats into your whey shakes, boil the rice by the kg, and baked potato is a piece of cake, just make sure you put it in a good hour before you plan to eat
don't get me wrong, it takes a lot of motivation to get all that food in, and make time to cook and prepare your meals AND hit the gym several times a week whilst staying on top of your studies and having a cool social life... but it can be done, and once you get into a routine with your diet it will become 2nd nature, if you do ever get really rushed before your lectures its always good to have a few MRP's on standby and a box of protein bars, i'll always pack one of each regardless just incase i do get held up and can't nip back to my flat to eat
anyways good luck i'm sure your diet will be fine
peace
