I plugged in my numbers for this weeks workout for a program Built had suggested. The actual reps I did are slightly off from what I planned as I'm still finding the right weight for each exercise. Could you take a look and give me some feedback:

WorkOut

The weight I am lifting is extremely unimpressive but then again that's why I'm on this forum. It feels to me that I'm not hitting my upper body enough but that may be because my approach in the past has been all wrong. Let me know what you think. Thanks for the help!!

Once I get the workout wired I will post up my diet for futher evaluation.

What do you need help with, bud? You just started this, give it a bit.

I think this is by far the hardest part not letting your ego take control.
Keep the weights light until the form and ROM are perfect then work on bumping it up.
I think you'll find doing exactly what Built suggest will get you far better results quicker than you'll get by doing anything else. Like she say's give it a little time and don't worry about being impressive. Impressive doesn't come without hard work, time and attention to details.

Heh - be glad you're not a woman! You have NO idea how weak we are when we start. My first time squatting I tried "just" the barbell. Yeah, well, three days later - when I was able to walk down stairs again without cursing - I re-started, with 8-lb dumbbells. It took me three months to work my way back up to the barbell.

You're doing fine. The weights will come, you'll see.

Thanks for the input. Just wanted to make sure I was on the right track with the structure of my program.
Definitely keeping the weight low and working very hard on the form. I've haven't had any low back pain from Squats, RDL, or RP so I must be doing them right. In the past that was always an issue as I'm sure I was too focused on weight and not form.

Hey Built, I've posted up my diet in the nutritional section. Could you take a look and give me some feedback. Basically I'm look for the right direction to start (ie Bulk or cut). Thanks!!
