whats better for developing the upper chest?
shoulder with bench press or wide grip?im really pissed off with my upper chest it just hardly seems to be growing!!!
any tips you think would maybe get me out of this annoying rut?

The 3..rd thread down in the training section is a must read, it gives some answers to your question. And at the bottom of your thread there several threads on the same topic.
But as to my opinion...this topic is a hard one, and people will argue this for a long time to come. But as far as upper chest I think you might be able to develop it "slightly" more with incline work, esp with a full range of motion. DB incline press and incline flys.....but I do think the effect will be very slight and this is only an opinion...as far as Anatomy @ Physiology are concerned the chest probably can't not be developed in one area more than the other.
 
The wide or closer grip won't make too much of a difference as far as "upper" pec development (unless of course you go too close and begin to recruit too much triceps).

We all know about the incline press/upper pec argument, so no need to return to it. However, MY advice is to begin working on incline presses and flyes more often if you want more thickness in the upper area of the chest.

do u personally to wide grip or regular grip when doing incline press?

Most of the time I am just outside shoulder width.
