ur opinions on my routine

hi guys,im aserious bodybuilder and i want to get some opinions on some of my workouts ok?
1st.my bi's (standing barbell curls begin with 110 pound for 12 then 135 for 10 then 160 for 6 then i repeat 160 again then drop bachk to do 2 sets of 8 reps of 135)then standing dumbell curls (50 pound (22kilos) for 10 then 60 for 8 3sets) then 3 or fore concentration curls.. (i got so great pump) i do that once aweek after my back training by 3 days..
2nd. my squat day warm up with 135 for 12 then 225 for 12 then 290 for 10 then 340 for 8 or some time going to 350 for 8 or even my heaviest day 400 for 8 knowing that my legsr tall and i do squats like the pics u see arnold doing it ,, then do some extentions.. i do bodybuilding since 3 years ..whats ur opinions ?(im telling u what happen and dont think i exaggerate in anything especially my lifts and things like that)
