US Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords shot in Arizona, multiple wounded

It's no ones "fault". Recessions will drive people to the brink of insanity. Those without a sound moral foundation will cave in and start killing people because the voices in their head told them to. Look at the School Committee meeting and now this. WIth all of these conpsiracy theories floating around its no wonder we have EVIL actions such as these.
 
I fell asleep while watching the news and this was the topic, I dreamt that the dude is a terminator sent from the future and his target was the little girl, who in the future would have been the first woman President. She already had been playing on a boys little league team and wanted to be the first woman in the Majors.....

I guess I felt for her more than any of them, and the neighbor who decided to take her there must feel horrible, but who thinks something is going to go down like that at a small pow wow like that?
 
I was looking at MSLSD t'other night and I don't know it it's moar comical or pathetic the way they want so desperately to believe that there's some kind of right wing influence involved in the crime. Despite the mountain of evidence that this cat was completely out of his mind and the complete absence of any apparent political motivation or affiliation with any right wing groups, they still seem to be desperately clinging to hope. Night before last, they focused almost entirely on gun control, barely even mentioning any of the victims. Even the idiot sheriff in Tuscon is basically serving the guy up a free insanity defense everytime he opens his cum depository of a mouth, yet he has nothing to base his rhetoric on, other than any disagreement with leftest though = hate speech.
 
50 eye witnessess that he shot and killed six people, He should have been tried the next morning and put down that same day at midnight. I could give a shit about shooting some fucking congress women who has her own agenda, but not six innocents. He should not be breathing by now. Fucking POS
 
Yes, but with a schizo like this, you could point to just about anything and say "there you go! That's what did it." They need to stop talking about Sara Palin, et al before they lose their last shred of credibility. They're trying to create connections that just aren't there. To politicize something like this is pretty sick IMO and it was politicized more blatantly than anything I've ever seen on BSNBC the other nite.

Seems like if they want to raise political issues from this, they could at least wait till after the victims have been buried.

It's the "news". Those people would watch their mother get run over and then whip out their camera for a "breaking news" piece.

Plus, they'd never pass up a chance to vilify the other party.
