question about vascularity:
sometimes i'll look down at my arms (not during or right after a workout) and the veins are popping out bigtime. other times you can't even see the veins other than the greenish coloring below the skin.
what's up with that anyway? does it have to do with how much water i've been drinking or how recently i've eaten?
