I'm a 43 yo male, who has marginally L-Test. Md says I don't yet fit into guidelines yet for therapy. However for a few years now I have felt tired all the time, unable, to sleep, decreased sexual interest , mild weight gain , and mood swings. I've decided to do what I need to do for me. I am active as I can be, I run or work out 4 to 5 times a week. I run a 5k in 28 minutes, cross train with weights and cardio intervals at the gym. The workouts are 45 min to 90 min. At a time. I'm 5'10 and 170 lbs. what I want is to improve my muscle tone, endurance, and energy levels. I want to feel alive again. I will be starting test cynp injections @150 a/week and I am looking for advice? Training changes? Lifestyle changes? Should I be worried about estrogen ? At my age can I improve my run times? Drop my stomach pouch ? Or should I accept the fact I am getting old, that everyone is tired after work, and scuba diving is shortly going to be a thing of the past. Takes so much out of me after 2 tank dives now.
