KEFE, give it up admit you have multiple accounts on here and I might let it go!

Kefe, just think in a few years most of us on here will be in wheelchairs, locked up in some old age home, and you will just be hitting your prime.
Just promise you will come visit us once and awhile to wipe away our dribble and listen to our wandering stories about the good ol' forum days.
Except for Foreman who will be cryogenically preserved in a vault somewhere deep in the Arizona heartland in all his glory. :flex:

Your form needs a little work. I can see some anterior weight bearing going on there; you're coming up on your toes and breaking at the knees first. You need to break at the hips first. Hips back, hips back, hips back! Just focus on getting them back and the knees will follow as you descend. Practice with very light weight first, especially since you have no rack.

Also, going deeper does not trash your knees more. That is fucking hogwash. I have yet to see conclusive studies that suggest parallel compared to below parallel is harder on the knees. Somewhere around the 50-70 degree range is where you should stop if they hurt your knees. Once you get below about 70 degrees patellofemoral joint stress doesn't increase significantly, and you are getting to about parallel already.

By the way, good to see you squatting!

you could do/add 150 more lbs

Looked a little to light. Cowpimp is right you're breaking at the knees first; don't let your knees move forward. Try and sit back into the squat itself. I'd widen your base a little to help this, and stay tighter. I think with more weight you'll be forced to tighten up more to push through the weight.

The way to improve technique is not to throw on more weight...

Obviously, but I what I was trying to say is that with more weight he'll be forced to state tight and control the movement. He's all over the place, and just generally not tight enough IMO. Looks like someone warming up badly to me.

I think he needs to slow down and sit for time in the hole to work on staying tight. He seems to be lacking core strength. You can also see it in his bench press videos, if i remeber correctly, he seems to wobble around a bunch when pressing.

Good for u man. You could go lower but still a great job. try 3-5 rep range stopping 1 rep shy opf failure on squats to get stronger.
