Vitamin E and C for cutting??

I can't remember where I saw it. But, there was something I saw regaurding taking vitamin e and c. Supposedly it is supposed to cut you up some and start showing some viens pop out. I'm just curious as to how true this is. And if so, what amount would be appropiate for me at 5'9" 205lbs?
 
Um, do you think this might have been the EC stack? Was that what you had read about for cutting?

No. It was on here. Someone specifically mentioned vitamin e and c and said it was a trick many BB's use to shred up before a contest. I didn't believe it much. But, now it has me wondering.
 
Hmmm. Well, vitamin C can be a bit of a diuretic. Vitamin E though. I mean, it's an antioxidant... ???
 
Yeah, vitamin e being an antioxidant is pretty much all I found in my own search. Figured I'd post a thread here and see what everyone had to say.

Ok. I just looked at all my suscribed threads and found the post by the guy who said that. No bs! He doesn't seem to be sarcastic when he said his buddy is a pro bb and uses Vitamin c and e while running test and tren to make his viens hard and pumped. I geuss I'll call this one a myth for now, and I won't be running to the nearest drug store anytime soon.
 
Well, they're both antioxidants and they're both good for you, so go ahead and take 'em - but it's diet and training, along with test and the tren that are doing the job here. ;)

i agree built its the tren and test. but be careful how much vit c you take or youll have a pair of kidney stones, can everybody say ouch fuck that hurts. 2,000mg will give them to you in about 1, 100 people so be careful.there finding that vit e is good for the cardiac muscle in the pumping chamber the left ventricle, so i would most deff. take that one in 800ius ed to build up for a wk because its fat soluable, and 400ius after that ed. imho

No more tren for me! At least not tren E 200. That shit kicked my ass this year! I would sweat like a hog at night and wake up in a puddle, and I felt like I had a huge lump in my throat that I couldn't cough out. A five minute warmup on the bike seemed like 20 miles! LOL. It seemed to make me a little depressed too. Tren A was ok for me last year. This year I decided to go on a longer cycle with longer acting gear, pinning just once a week in the glute. My arms felt like pin cushions last year. I always seem to get good results off test and masteron. I wouldn't mind adding some winny tabs, but on my last blood check the liver enzymes were spiked up a little. Nothing to worry about, but still up a tad. Maybe from the tren I'm thinking.
