Just wanted to say I took your advice on what routine to have at the gym tonight. OMG I have never done hack squats...and boy did they burn! I did them on the sled instead of BB. If you don't remember what you had me do, it was the following:

Monday

BB Front Squats
Rear Lunges
Hack Squat
Leg extension
Seated Calf Raises

We ran a couple errands after the gym, and just stepping up and down off the curb was painful. But its a good pain! :thumb:

Thanks...I know I got a good workout....and I know tomorrow I am going to be REALLY sore, because I am weakest in my upper body.
 
Just a little update....Tuesday wasn't so bad...or at least I thought...lol. Tonight during the aerobics class...well the last thing we did involved push-ups....32 normal ones....then 16 with one arm on the step, one of the ground....then rotated arms and did 16 more with the other arm. 32 more inbetween the rotation. I was ABOUT TO DIE....:laugh:

So, we get home, we have dinner....5yr old wants ice cream after her bath...so I go in there to dip it out...and OH MY GOD...I was almost shaking trying to dip the ice cream....lol. My poor body. ;)
