Just wanted to say I took your advice on what routine to have at the gym tonight. OMG I have never done hack squats...and boy did they burn! I did them on the sled instead of BB. If you don't remember what you had me do, it was the following:
Monday
BB Front Squats
Rear Lunges
Hack Squat
Leg extension
Seated Calf Raises
We ran a couple errands after the gym, and just stepping up and down off the curb was painful. But its a good pain!
Thanks...I know I got a good workout....and I know tomorrow I am going to be REALLY sore, because I am weakest in my upper body.
