Hmm. I'd probably guess the day its delivered. I know that was a smart ass answer but lets be honest. Our postal service sucks. I've been waiting for a car part sent fedex from Jackson Mississippi for 3 weeks and I'm in Alabama. I tracked the package and it was in Orlando Florida. If you don't know what I'm getting at look at a map. So lets have patience and not attack naps asap

I personally cant wait for naps to get back up and running 100% again. Had great service in the past and made some great gains on their Geneza line. Hesitant to place an order though until I start hearing more success stories of orders coming through in a decent and consistent timeframe.

Not sure but I made an order and it was shipped within in the week, I haven't recieved it yet but if its shipped and takes longer then 2 business days its not naps fault it's the posts.

Gents the orders are being shipper. The November/December orders are the ones naps is catching up. Guys we apologize for the delays, however the lag is being caught up on. Ia coming any faster, no, but being shipped by order of being recieved.
