SO, on july 14th, I will be doing a 3.2 mile warrior dash. ive recently completed joe defranco's built like a badass (minus the lower body work, well, most of it lol), its a takeoff of a westside type program, or so ive been told.
i checked out the workouts listed on the races website, and they look god aweful lol. I am sure i could just do their workouts, but I am afraid i will shrivel up and die. OK, not literally, just looking to see if anyone around here has doen it and what has worked or not worked for them.
