Right now, with being at work and a full time student. Sometimes I just have to eat fast food lol. But I try and get hte best stuff. My question is, cutting out mot of my fast food and cokes. and Running 1 mile a day, as well as weight training, would I see semi-noticeable results in a month? or even a few weeks? Granted, my diet would be as Hardcore as some of yall. But for the msot part, I am switching to whole grains and egg whites, and lil protien bars for those lil snakcs between classes. Any opinions are welcome
