Just wanna know your thoughts on how much water you should take in? I am the kind or person who just drinks when I am thirsty and I also make sure that my pee is at least clear. Is this good enough?
I take 2 glasses of water before I go to sleep, 2 glasses in the morning everytime I I wake up, 2 glasses after breakfast, 2 glasses after lunch, 2 after dinner. Over all 8 glasses a day. I feel refresh everyday. My lips wont cracked due to lack of water. Try this.
Well, I believe sufficient water intake is really important in hydrating our body as well as in flushing unnecessary solutes from our body. In my case, I measure my water intake by putting my water in a liter of bottle. I make sure that I consume all of it at the end of the day.
I drink 3/4 of a gallon to a whole gallon each day, i monitor by taking a gallon to work and drinking right out of it. I've been doing this for a few years now, and on days when I dont drink close to it, I get the headaches and feel the dehydration.
