I started cutting and lost a lot of water weight the first week or so. I have noticed I am starting to cramp up more often when i run. A bare bone of my diet:
milk
cottage cheese
oats
banana or apple
whey
brown rice
spinach
lettuce
red meat
chicken
yogurt
tuna
onions
peppers
eggs
sweet potatoes
I am keeping a close ratio 40/40/20
my question: what causes cramping? how can I avoid it without shifting too much of my diet around? could it be im just not getting enough water? any other thoughts?
