Water with meal. Bad???

Please tell me this is not correct. I was recently told by someone who does not know much about nutrition or training that they heard drink water (or any liquid) during meals messes up the digestive system's normal process and that you should wait 15-20 minutes after you eat to drink liquids. Is this just hogwash???? :hmmm:
 
i thik this is hogwash, your suppopsed to drink around 2 ltrs of water a day and alot of food you eat will contain water and or be cooked in it
