Ways to Consume a Healthy Diet
We all know a healthy diet depending on our health conditions and bodily needs play an essential role in leading a healthy lifestyle. It enables you to stay longer and in an efficient manner. There are certain factors that need to be considered while thinking of having a healthy diet. Here are some vital tips that help you make a diet chart for you if you want to have some smaller changes on your diet.

  • The most important thing that you should concentrate on is to add lots of fruits and vegetables to your diet. Have it with anything. If you are having sandwich, have it with some more added veggies. In this way you can add lots of veggies to any food recipes to make it more healthy and tasty. If you are feeling hungry in the evening, have fruits salads instead of having snacks that helps adding lots more calories to your body and getting rid of those calories becomes more tough later if don?t remain little bit cautious now.
  • Avoid eating late at night. Health experts suggest that you should have a gap of minimum 14 hours gap between your dinner and breakfast in order to regulate weight.
  • Avoid junk foods and foods that contain more fats and calories.
  • Have low fat or fat-free dairy products if you really want to lose or maintain your weight.
  • Have three-four smaller meals instead of having larger meals in a day.
  • Drink lots of water as it determines the normal and effective functioning of the different parts of your body.
  • Chew your meals well and for a longer period of time for better digestion.
  • Have smaller meals instead of large ones.
  • Start slow and make changes to your eating habits over time. Every change you make to improve your diet matters a lot.

you should avoid foods with high sugar and you should go for foods high in fats ( healthy fats) makes you feel full longer.
the fat free stuff is usually a bad idea.

lots of bad advice OP. Go spend several hundred hours studying nutrition based on scientific evidence & then get back to us. :loser: :loser:

following a healthy diet is pretty freaking simple. the vast majority of foods consumed need to be naturally occurring and in or near their natural state which means only lightly processed via cutting it into smaller pieces, etc.

if you can't grow it or go out in nature and pick it or hunt and kill it then it's junk food...

The not eating before going to bed theory has been proven wrong time and time again. Its flat out terrible advice. Then again, 'Health Experts' isnt exactly a credible source.
