In short I had my rotator cuff operated on in 2000, but I was doing declines DB presses yesterday and felt pain in it. So I stopped immediately and when it hurt for several hours I called my doc. Long story short (if its not too late), its inflamed again and is hurt but nothing torn. So no surgery.
Both times I've hurt it, I was doing decline DB presses, so those are permanently off the menu. I like how they hit my lower chest though. What are some other ways I can get that effect but take stress off my shoulder?
