I know its normal for one side of your chest to be slightly larger than the other, but for me its my weaker side (my left side). Its like this on my arms and back also but, for them its my right side that is larger. The lft side of my chest is larger and looks much more developed but i do the same weight on each. Is there any way to correct this, will it eventually look more even or could it be because my right lat is larger than my left that it makes one side of my chest look bigger?

Thanks in advance for any info

If you are flexing your chest you wont see your lats anyway unless you are pretty damn big or doing a frontal spread, which wont show the chest very well.

Lats are used in bench movments however, so its sounds like the whole right side is just a tad smaller. You see this more often in womens breasts than probably muscles, but then again most people dont lift so they wont usually notice.

cool thanks for the imput. at least i know its normal now. i just didnt know if it would end up being more noticable as my muscle grew

I am the same way, left side is bigger (chest) and its my weak side. Also my left tri is much more developed than my right and the last few times I have worked them the left has been sore and the right has not??? Am I favoring my left side? Is that possiable with free weights?
