I am 18 years old and weigh about 184lbs. For the past 3 months I have been consuming 270 - 300 grams of protein per day but still fail to put more weight on. Is there anyway I can gain weight but not fat? I'm sure I eat enough. I have 2 - 3 protein shakes a day, drink alot of milk, and eat 2 - 3 tins of tuna a day plus my meals but still I can't gain mass
