Anybody used or know of Champion Nutrition: Heavyweight Gainer 900? Just wondering about it before I buy.

Champion carries quality products. as far as the 900 goes the ratios of carbs and protien seem to be o.k. the chocolate has'' for some reason'' more dietary fiber. not a bad post w/o drink.

Don't overload on weight gainers or you will end up fat & full of water.

Yeah I take a weight gainer and don't even need to use the recommended dosage and Im still gaining lots of mass.

I spoke to Ronnie Coleman himself & along with some help he said to eat sweet potatoes, regular potatoes, & beef all the time & you will gain weight. He eats hamburgers all the time. A .99 CENT wendys burger has everthing in it you need.. PROTEIN, CARBS, fiber, & fat.

How much protein could a greasy low-quality-beef burger from Wendy's possibly have in it?

Sometimes when you are gaining mass it is not the protein it is the cals.

real food is the best way. But you try pushing down 3500 calories a day in real food when you have been used to 2500 or so, it's not an easy task and can get very expensive. WG products if used correctly can be a blessing. I have used a few different name brands and most of them tasted like crap, thick as hell and made me feel bloated. i have found one that i swear by. i have used it off and on for the past year and will continue to use it.
It's N'Large it is my breakfast meal everyday. With water 600 calories. The carbs are not all from sugars!!! I usually mix it with 2 cups whole milk 840 calories. i never feel bloated and honestly I could eat another meal right after it.. I don't but I could.

Ask for the nutritional menu, Jumbo Jacks are 25g protein last I recall. If they are filling them with sawdust like McDonalds, I dunno :)

Yeah I guess if you get everything and anything on the burger it will go up to 25g. But it is still hard to believe. And it does still have a crap load of fat, you might get overweight before you gain any real muscle off of just eating these burgers, but if given a choice I guess Wendy's does the trick when it comes to getting enough protein everyday. I am trying to gain as much mass as I possibly can, Im just not sure if this is the right way to go about it. All that saturated fat can clog your arteries.

eating fast food as a staple on a bulking cycle will give you nothing but a big waist line...

clean bulking cycles are the way to go !

Yep, the fat is about 22grams. Unless your a skinny person, which I'm not, I know I can't be eating 50% fat/protein and have that work well for me.

Pitboss and LAM are hitting on the head. a clean intake of food is the best way to bulk up. and as Pitboss said, as far as wt gainers, you have to use the in the right way. if by a freak of nature i didnt pack enough food in my cooler, i always have at least 2 paks of mrp's tucked away besides my shaker bottle.if i totally ran out of food and was in dire need, then i would swing through mac and dons for something but they do sell chicken sandwiches also.imho.save the burgers for a cheat day.

Lightman009... A .25LB burger has about 25 grams of protein in it; which is a great & cheap after-workout meal. I was told that by The big guy himself.
True , a burger has alot of fat in it but if you get mustard only & no cheese then the fat content is lowered.
