I have a small question? I need to lose some weight before I try getting back in better shape and I was wondering if Creatine will help with weight loss or should I avoid it?
Creatine is just supposed to make you recover faster it shouldn't keep you from losing wieght. Sometimes it makes you retain water though. But im no expert, could be wrong.
Based on my experience, creatine causes my body to use up more atp before I can tap into my fat stores while doing cardio. So, it hinders my fat loss. Just my experience.
