Hi! I am a full-time graduate student w/o regular access to a gym but I do have access to free weights. I was hoping someone could help me devise an easy workout regimen that could be done at home to target thighs, hips, and butt mainly. I am looking to lose about 10 lbs and maintain a tone figure. I am a 5'4 female weighing 124 lbs.
Thank you!

Welcome to the board!

Well, what exactly do you have access to as far as free weights?

How is your current diet?

Are you doing any cardio or do you plan on it?

Your question may seem simple, but there is a lot involved. Post more info, and maybe a sample of your diet.

I agree with Prince in that more info would be helpful, however, the exercises you need to focus on are squats, lunges of varying types, step-ups, and some form of cardio if possible. To hit the rear end, uphill treadmill walking, the elliptical trainer, and/or stairmaster will help out. If you don't have access to cardio equipment, than running up and down stairs works well.Don't forget the need for proper diet as well!
