Hi all, I am looking for a software to track my weight training and diet. The features which I am looking for in such a software include many training variables (not only sets/reps/weights, but also TUT, volume, intensity, density, estimation of 1RM), ability to create meal plans, complete analysis of nutrients (including variety of fats, GI/GL, so on), lots of graphics or reports to analyze trainings/diets/stats, and so on, all in 1 software. The software is for PC (Windows 98), although it would be nice if there is a companion for PPC (WM2003) and they can be syncronized (but this is optional).
Is there any recommendation for such a software?
