hi guys,
i would like to know wer can i find a website that has weight training journal. or pls teach me how to make one. thanks
 
Welcome to IM Jomito, I bought mine from the gym I go to but I know there's lots on the web, just do a search for Weightlifting Journals and I'm sure something will come up.
 
I would not minde taking a look at some of the journals everyone here uses, I usaly just make mine up in excel and print it off. But I would like to see how mine compares to everyone elses.
 
I also keep my journal in Excel. I find that this is an easy reference for my history. I keep one week at a time per file. This way I can look to a specific week several months back and check my progress. It also tells me when I'm stuck in a rut and need to change things around for more growth.
 
i write the amounts ofeach set down that i have done per workout turn back a few pages and see how many cursl i used to do with a given wait
 
I made up a big table in Word with every excercise I do I have columns for poundages, sets, reps, whether I went to failure, whether I used force reps/partial reps. I just photocopied it and use them in a ringbound folder. Really helps me.
 
I just use Excel and write the amount reps, weight etc.
