If I want to add weight to hyperextensions and bench dips, where should I put the weight?

- Josh

Hyperextensions - Hold the plate on ur chest with your hands crossed over it

Dips - On your lap

there is a belt w/ a chain I use for my dips

Use the belt for dips, lap only works on seated dips. Hypers you can put the weight behind your head as well. See which is more comfortable for you. Rest the weight on your back and hold the lip with your hands over your head as if doing overhead presses.

hey..if you were to use a db for weighted hypers...couldn't you just set it on your neck? I bet it would set in there almost nice like!
Just kidding. I was freezing so had to get a hot flavored cofee..the sugar is cranking through me right now....

Thanks for the suggestion to use belt, but belt is not available in my gym. I'll try both weights at chest and at back for hypers. Thanks.
