Well for the whole school year my breakfast was 1 scoop ON whey, 1 cup skim milk, 1 cup oats mixed up.
When I dont have school, and now that I'm off for summer and just taking night summer classes, I have more time in the morning so I make 8 egg whites, and 1 cup oats.
But...
I'm getting sick of eggs REALLY fast, I mean I always have them but its just annoying making them in the morning, since I'm use to my quick shake.
Anyways I was wondering is it ok to have things other then whey/eggs for breakfast?
How would this be as nasty as it sounds...
1 can tuna, 1 cup milk, 1 cup oats?
Does it have to be eggs/whey in the AM, does anyone have tuna/chicken/or anything else?
I always thought really fast absorbtion was important, but with having cottage cheese before bed does it really matter?
I'll probally still have eggs sometime during the day, just don't really like to fuss around first thing in the AM, rather open my can scarf it down and have a big bowl of oats with milk.
