Just seems alot of people's orders slip through the cracks. Some people got a second reship, some didn't. There is ALOT of inconsistency at this place. And when one speaks up, god forbid, he gets flamed. BUT if he posts touchdown, 32 people jump on the bandwagon and cheer him on. For f*cks sake, there are issues, and when something happens.....which it will again, maybe people should think before flaming.....cause next time it could be them.

I can see your point and in most cases it is becasue when there was an issue they did not go thru a Rep to figure out what can be done. As far as re-ships it is pretty clear on policy, having said that ANY company you deal with there are exceptions to the rules. That is what I have found in my experience over the years and nothing to do with this, wamart, Best Buy, Cosco, etc..... . There are very few absoultes in life.
 
It's just two vials of test but it's more the principle. I don't mean to insult anyone. I am an honest person. I wasn't even supposed to recieve test-e anyway, it was an improvision. I had initially ordered the Testo-mix 20ml vials (poor man's sust). I am not upset about the situation. I appreciate OD and the other reps tremendously. They are solid. I just don't like it when someone questions my integrity. I probably overeacted and I am sorry if I upset anyone. I guess I never stopped and positioned myself in Z's perspective. I would bet he does have people who try to scam him, but I am surely not one who would handle myself in that manner. Again, my upmost apologies to anyone who was affected negatively by my post.
RYAN you do this since ive seen you on this forum you start by praising then when things dont go your way you bitch over and over then you get some good wordS or your gear comes in and you say " your sry , i might have over reacted " then youll praise z again youve done this a few time . ENUFF dude you dont like the way he operates go and find your new source as you stated in another post and call the the 100 bucks you lost for experience . SRY GUYs but now i know why fucking Z is pissed and now makes it bad for the rest especially when he gave me 2 re-sends and some xtra , yes i spent quiet a bit but i never bitched in the 3 months it took i spoke top my friend OD and Z ,and if i lost out id just move on . HEY Z heres a big THANK YOUR FROM ONE OF THE GUYS YOU ALWAYS DID THE RIGHT THING FOR AND TO OD AND THE REST OF THE REPS i hope that takes some of the sting out from the some of the others . SRY RYAN but i gotta vent here and not get into a pissing match with you

RYAN ive seen you do this over and over since ive seen you on this forum . You praise Z like a rep but as soon as things dont go perfect you bitch on the threads over and over you even take pm's from others to discuss your displeasure but then u get some good words and your gear comes in and the you appologize over and over then it doesnt go your way or your shorted and your off again even after youve been told how to do it and protocol and then you post to the newbies about protocol or u tell them dont worry and now your a rep again . maybe you should take you 100 dollar loss and use it for experience and go to your new source as u stated and good luck . Sry guys but at some point its got to be said ,not looking to get into a pissing match with this guy , it is comical but its because of this i now know why Z IS FUCKING PISSED AND MAKES IT BAD FOR GUYS LIKE ME SINCE HE SENT ME 2 RE-SENDS AND XTRA AND I SPEND ALOT AND I WAITED 3 MONTHS AND ONLY SPOKE TO MY FRIEND OD AND Z so id like to say to Z TKU FOR ALL YOU DO OD AND THE REPS AND SOME OF US SEE IT APPRECIATE IT, i hope that takes some of the sting out
 
I was cool about it until he questioned my integrity. As far as a new source, I have 3 sources I continually use and I am trying a new one this week. I just wanted what I paid for. I directed my problems through the right channels " I think they were lost in translation". IU already have chalked that 100$ up to a loss. I am not going to waste my time with this matter anymore. I am not going to get into a "pissing" match with anyone on here. I was just insulted that he thought I was trying to ale advantage of him when I am an honest educated person. I am not some 19 year old kid who lives in his parents basement and used his allowance to make a purchase. I am a grown man who has a professional occupation. I never complained before this, I always praised Z because to be honest my previous experiences were great. Sorry for confusion this may have caused.
 
Also, if you directed your problems through the correct channels and can't review a sponsor on here, then what is this all for? If you guys are offended by this and you think it is really insulting to anyone then think about where the problem has stemed from. I didn't fabricate my problems and if they were dealt with then I would not have any issues to complain about. Everyone knows that this is not Costco or WalMart but if a company wants to portray itself as professional then there should be some business etiquette displayed. Snowballing accusations constantly questioning the customer is not behavior that should be displayed. That snide customer care is what I recieved.
 
You can't try and hold z responsible for things out of his control if u were going domestic that would b a different story but all of these "complaints" are just standard part of the game u are questioning z's integrity by saying u don't know if anything was ever sent I've personally never seen z beg for a customer or ask anyone to order from him so if u don't like it use another source z has a loyal customer base and losing a couple guys but preventing the headache is a great trade in my opinion

I just wasn't getting my parts so I was pissed! On a 2nd re-ship, there wasn't any update on the tracking number until it showed it was being returned to sender for not being picked up. I didn't get a slip in the mail, no notification, nothing from USPS saying I had a package. Back it went. It had been sitting at the PO for almost 4 weeks. I worked out a deal with Z for another re-ship as I felt he went beyond the call of duty to make this work. GOT MY PARTS! In this market you need a staff like Z has. We don't have the luxuries regular channels have. It may take some time. I'm a nobody. A small time parts consumer and Z worked with me like I was a valued customer. Thanks Z.

You are totally right about USPS, they trully suck, many times they miss scans, etc & people get alarmed, unfortunately u can't trust what u read in their system, have to be patient.
I've read this happen to many, at the end everyone gets their goods & everyone is happy :D
