snoogans said:Left shoulder. AC joint was hurt doing barbell bench about 7 months ago. My rotator cuff was weakened significantly as well. I stay the hell away from the barbell for now but when I go heavy with DB flat bench it still gets sore. Guess I'll just live with it and try to strengthen my shoulder stabilizers and RC. Frustrating as hell. @ 160 lbs I was up to 230 on my bench, now I can barely do 150 with the bar.
