Theyre good, but i think a cycle like that would make ya TOO big

you can only gain but so much LBM on one cycle. what you use and how much should depend on your size, goals and prior experience with gear

why wood u wanna jeopardize ur health like that?

so what shall i take then me wanna take what pros do
If you knew as much about steroids as you should to safely run a cycle, you wouldn't need to ask these questions.

Pros use the same shit everyone else uses, time and diet dont come out of a bottle, neither does training know how.

you could start out with 2 grams of test a week with 2 grams of deca a week for 10-12 weeks and go from there

Muscle Gelz Transdermals
IronMag Labs Prohormones
4 grams of test & 2 grams of deca per week, and 40-50 dbol tabs a day, and u can say u take what the pros take offseason

Jew need to take 500mg Test E three times per week, 250mg Primo EOD, 40mg D-bol daily and 6IU of HGH for 20 weeks. :D

Shoot for about 4-5 grams of gear a week (e.g. test, deca, tren,) and throw in an ungodly amount of orals (say 150mg of Dbol ED) and you should be good to go.

Even at those levels without decent genetics, a good routine and a perfect diet you have a long journey ahead of you. Despite what you may think steroids are a relatively small part of the overall equation.

I think i do what lam said 2g of test and 2g of deca for 12 weeks also 40mg d-bol for 6 weeks

Sure why not. Lee Priest uses about 4cc of stuff 6-8 weeks out of the year.

You aren't a pro, so why do you want to run those kind of doses? Good luck keeping alive.

yeah but a pro didnt get where he did messing around with 500mg this and 500mg that, there you go

Pros would start out on lower doses and progressively work their way up. You have to understand there isn't a proportional corelation between gear doses and anabolic activity. Will 1g offer more gains than 500mg? Yes, but not double the gains. You also have to consider the side effects increase significantly if you ramp up the dose.

If you seek pro status you'll also have to stay on year round, again increasing the health risks. Is a $5,000 check and a title of Mr Nebraska worth the risk? Do you think the pros are millionnaires or something?

Any of them still competing most likely have. Have you ever heard of Franco Santoriello? You know why he quit competing? Because he started out on high doses and ended up putting his own health in the shitter, because he kept having to go even higher and higher just to feel like he was making gains.

But if you think being 100 pounds under a pro and running 4 grams a week is smart, I'm sure someone might be able to donate a brain to you when you start getting the side effects.

Lee Priests first cycle, was a claimed 400mg deca a week, not 2 grams. I believe him on that one. I know a NPC heavy weight that doesn't use 4 grams of shit a week, he is barely over 2 total.

you also have to realize the amount of LBM that these guys carry plus the fact that all of them are over their natural genetic potentials. so they have to use high doses just to maintain the mass that they carry let alone to increase it.

I also hate to burst your bubble but if you can't win a national title with out steroids you have abosuletely NO CHANCE at becomming an IFBB heavyweight

I have to disagree with you LAM. I don't think many if any BBers win National level titles without the aid of gear. I know a few people that compete at the national level and none are natural. Can you name anyone you think turned pro without using gear to get there?

I will say that some people probably turned pro in the heavies without using a shit load of stuff, but not natural.

but if one has to take massive amounts of roids just to win a national title to get a procard they don't stand a chance in the IFBB.

I agree with that 100%. Guys like Palumbo that have been at it for years juicing their brains out with "hopes" to make it to the pros do not stand a chance. I am sure there are a ton of guys in that category that take a ton of shit with hopes to make up for what they don't have genetically.

There is no doubt in my mind guys like Coleman, Cutler, and Dexter among others use a LOT of gear getting to where they are today. The big BUT is they have great genetics to begin with and probably use less then most of the guys trying to hang with them.

A certain top five Mr. Olympia finished once told me, "Take it for what it's worth, but we're friends and you know I wouldn't bullshit you. The guys trying to be pro's are taking way more than the guys who are pro's."
