What bodyfat % does a girl need to be at to see abs??

Hey all,

My fiancee want's to ask what she will have to get down to, to see her abs, at least a 4pack?

She is currently 5', and 95 lbs. We just had our bodyfat tested and she is right at 20%

Also with the right diet and steady cardio how long do you think it will take her to get to that %?

14-15% should give her abs

Can't say how it'll take. Say a few months if she's good with diet/training

14% works for the top 4, not the bottom 2 though.
