i currently use an NO2 product for pre-workout for the boost, but durring my nontraining days im looking into a CEE (prefer capsules). I dont want to use my NO2 product during non workout days cause for one, its powder and i don't need that instat energy boost. I havent really looked into using an extra glutamine product but what do you suggesT? thanks
