Are there any exercises or creams I can take. This is making my job harder and harder everyday.

Moderator Edit: Ace, babe, he dosn't have glass in his shoes. Maybe up his kester, but not in his shoes. Actually, you and the previous poster make a good point, could be worn footwear causing the problem.

add some 100 mgs B1 with that b-6 (P5P).

Edited for techical clarity by trouble 5:45pm 6/14: Add B12 as well to the stack, as it can't enter cells in the absense of B6). My P5P has B2 added to it for the the same reason.

Get your significant other to massage them or soak them in epson salt foot bath with 2 cups of epson salt. If you have the shits back to 1 cup salt..

All the best threads of IM go off topic for a while, they attract more people and the original question gets answered after a while. It has been like that for years. IMO that is the best way but if the rules have changed for the health forum, I really didnt know about it.

Like said before taurine does wonders for foot cramps. Maybe some Potassium will work as well.

Gotta love the massive mod editting in this thread.

This isn't the open chat section. When I see a thread becoming top heavy with shit filler, I start warning others off, or it it becomes a free for all.

Now I'm pulling my weight here, fielding questions, and providing damn good service here as a public service without recompense. If I choose to do a little editing to keep the bullshit chatter to a dull roar, and not letting it overwhelm thread content, so be it. You don't like it, tough shit.

Wash your feet at least twice a per day till the infection passes -

If you want to be on safe side considered how many of bodybuilders do have some sort of clogged or fucked up liver you might want to take 1- 5000mcg methycobalomin subligual b-12 because this is what is used for nerve inflammation in diabetics (not inferring you are diabetic), but it seem to be more affective then reg b-12. Plus it will make you sleep like a baby at night time since it helps in melatonin production as well as host of other benefits..

Random shots in the dark may score a hit for your problems, but most likely you'll spend more money trying out the various cures postulated in this thread than if you just go to a podiatrist and see what the issues are for yourself. Absolutely combine the ideas in this thread ... Trouble knows her shit ... with the conclusions of your foot doc and you will get this beat.

My experiences with friends who have cross trained and acquired foot pain have normally been caused by improper foot wear (vanity causing them to wear what looked good instead of what was the most protective) and poor foot care in general.

You never mentioned what type of pain you're suffering from. A sharp burning pain in your muscles which Trouble offered help with, or joint pain. More complete info would help us help you better.

Regardless ... ankle and foot massage with intermittent heat will at least provide relief and might even reduce foot muscle fatigue. Your trouble does sound cumulative so see that doc ASAP and report back to us.

Are you gellin'?

Why don't you edit P-funks post? I'll put shit filler comments want, that's my right...if you have a problem with it then ban me because this is crap.

Like Magellan.

I think Rocco deserves a 3 day ban for his insubordination.

:offtopic: There are about 5 billion things that could be wrong with your feet, either describe the problem in more detail or amputate them and STFU.

Is this a power trip or what? We have many other mods that do a great job without feeling they need to edit posts or steer us in a certain direction. I understand being offensive etc but you can't edit people's posts just because YOU don't think it's on topic. If you continue to do that I promise you'll end up with A LOT of work to do.

No, its no power trip; just trying to keep this section on topic. My request to you was mild and to the point, Rocco. I don't alter the posts of moderators; its not good business practice.

God Hand did not supply sufficient symptom description; he'll have to provide us with more details of this foot pain when he returns from his time-out.

I totally respect you trying to keep in line this section of the forum but when 4 out of the first 8 are completely are modded for some reason I think its overboard. The reason Ive been a member here for so long is the lightheartedness that this forum has always consisted to be. I don't want circus show that is open chat here but certainly not have most people's posts altered.

The only post edited (changed) was my insert of a technical note into the middle of HANs post.

The rest were mild warnings, in response to cutting comments like "get the glass out of your shoes" or "cut your feet off".

Now if you have problems with this, take it the Admin here. This is hardly heavy handed moderation. I'm trying to keep the posts to topic.

I too respect your efforts here Trouble and the LAST thing I nor anyone else needs is for your frustration levels to reach a point where the services you offer us all becomes too much of a pain in the ass to continue with (yes it's a softening statement ... but a real sincere from the heart kinda deal).

The middle ground here is where we all need to stand though IMHO. A few well meaning attempts at humor would be on that middle ground. Topolo's idea of humor "I just blew a load ... " would not. Flamers are way out of bounds.

My point is that we are all adults with a sense of humor and like to kid each other as we talk over our successes, defects, temporary setbacks, and aches and pains. The Blue Bunny's point is very valid ... our threads are more interesting and more helpful when we are able to add to them extemporaneously instead of with only a case topical tunnel vision.

I hope I'm not being to demanding or forward respective of your intentions here Trouble. The knowledge base you bring to the table is worth the extra respect you require of this particular board. You live outside the box and offer us all the help we need as we do all the strange shit we do ... like a tren/HGH/insulin stack on a 4500 calorie diet comprised of Monster energy drinks, Veggies, and Argentina snails. No-one I have ever seen on any other board could break that weirdness down the way you would (and already did in your mind as you read it no doubt).

Again ... I look forward to the trolls being banished from this board to the open chat section, but as those of us who do actually contribute something add our helpful insights we should be allowed to jest along the way.

Regardless of how this all turns out ... thanks for your help here.

Edit added by self ... if the final costs of your help equals a strictly no nonsense board then so be it. That is worth the help you bring to this forum.

this is officially the most severe ass kissing I have ever read. I will be surprised if trouble doesnt start a thread about having a sore booty!

I'm well aware of god hands shennanigans in other forum subsections. Life was peaceful here until this thread opened up, and I think that speaks to comments aimed at him that simply carried over into this forum.

I can understand it, but I don't condone it. Bigss75 also posted helpfully about taurine, and his comment about the editorializing was noted. I ignored Dale's comment because banning isn't warranted here; Rocco has been polite to me in the past. All I want to do is keep the acid and mindless filler comments out of threads.

I'll try to keep an open mind on comic relief comments. As I said, I think its tied to the social give and take with the thread originator, a fact I didn't fully comprehend until afterwards. Thank-you for your helpful insight, BC.

As a sidenote: My consulting job is particularly stressful right now; its a seasonal issue with water quality engineering and river management.

Regular cardio like walking.

Taurine, B6 (preferrably the bioactive form called P5P).

Are you on your feet all day in your job?
Yes I am, thanks for your advice..........

OK, so I have had this same problem, working in labs and being on my feet for most of very long days. What I had to do;

Find and wear athletic shoes. If you are in a work situation, you should know that there are several athletic shoe manufacturers who make dress shoes that function like athletic shoes (full support, breathable and highly flexible shoe designs). If you cannot wear walking shoes on the job, this is an excellent alternative. Rockport is one of several name brands who have developed this niche market.

You must find time to sit down and also move about actively for periods of each hour on the job. Find excuses to walk up and down stairs, to walk about the building, and to sit. Is this difference in movement that enhances circulation and helps thwart excessive pressure buildiup from pooled body fluids in the lower extremities due to lack of varation. Folks who sit at their desk have similar problems, just not as bad as those who must stand at their job all day.

Try those supps, and I would consider finding and using support inserts with your athletic footwear, to provide additional support and potentially correct orthotic problems. SuperFeet is one manufacturer I can recommend for gel inserts that help with this problem.

MYK, there was no ass kissing. BC asked me to recognize the lighthearted general forum ambiance; I replied to his reasonable request.

Im also am on my feet all day in a lab, im gellin now and it made all the difference.
