what can I do to build upper body strength & mass?

Bench press

Dumbbell shoulder press

Lots and lots of rows

Go heavy and go to muscle failure

Now go forth and grow.
 
assisted chins......move up to regular chins............add a belt and weight to your chins/pull ups.
 
lmfao ....... bench press heavy rows pull ups barbell curls weighted dips
 
Cover the compound movements. Alternate periods of loading and deloading. Switch exercise sequences to increase neural adaptation. Use accommodative resistance.
