sugar, sugar, sugar...thats a bad word around here. I think I read in someones journal (J'Bo maybe) that she could drink grape juice right before a competition, but not in regular diet...I think I have that right 
and I sneak one *shhhhh don't tell Jodi* otherwise I will occasionally drink a diet Rite (just plain empty...no calories, no caffiene, no aspartame). Other than that I drink water...water...water. Oh and some coffee in the AM.
