what can i drink while on a cutting program?

besides water.............
 
big water drinker here... drinking 5-6 liters a day doesnt leave room for much else.

I drink coffee and tea... some ppl drink crystal light
 
More water :laugh:

Decaf coffee/tea (although I do drink 1 cup of reg coffee a day :shhh: )
 
Every once in a while when I am cutting (especially if I am low carbing it) and I ned something sweet I'll drink a diet soda. It has never negativly impacted my progress.
 
so no fruit juices or anything?

:finger: sugar, sugar, sugar...thats a bad word around here. I think I read in someones journal (J'Bo maybe) that she could drink grape juice right before a competition, but not in regular diet...I think I have that right :hmmm:
 
i like crystal light or diet sodas. I have used them while dieting in the past and they have worked for me.
 
I like Diet Dr. Peppers, but Jodi won't let have them...occasionally I go a little nuts :spaz: :nut: and I sneak one *shhhhh don't tell Jodi* otherwise I will occasionally drink a diet Rite (just plain empty...no calories, no caffiene, no aspartame). Other than that I drink water...water...water. Oh and some coffee in the AM.
 
I must be crazy or something but I only need water anyway. It could be cause Im young so I dont really need anything to wake me up in the morning and I used to chug soda till I got sick of it and started drinking water. The scary part is I love water though after I while it gets boring, but now I will have protien shakes in between each day so I got something else for the taste buds.

I allow myself one diet mt.dew a day while I'm bulking or cutting. The rest of the day it's water.
 
Water, sometimes Crystal Light. And I have a Pepsi One like every other day.
