First things first; don't worry about an isolated case of nausea, you probably just over did it on leg day. Happens to every SERIOUS lifter. Second; protein shakes are the greatest invention ever for weight lifters. Don't give up on this valuable gift. Try different brands and different sources (whey, soy, egg) sometimes the absorbtion rate can upset your stomach or just the extra ingredients that particular company adds. Third: Mule, I don't care if you're a boy, a girl or somewhere in between, just keep posting the pics.
