I usually wake up aroun 6:30 in the morning and I want to do cardio between 8:00-9:00 am. What should I eat when I wake up? I usually do 45-60 minutes on the treadmill. I'm looking to gain some muscle and loose some fat.
A meal. Against popular belief, it is not good to to do cardio ona an empty stomach as you start dipping into your muscle also if there is nothing in your stomach. i usually have whey and oats.
Some people it works for some people it doesnt. However if you awake at 6:30 and you are not doing cardio til 8 then you definately need to eat. Have a regular meal.

What if I go do cardio right when I wake up (stationary bike for 45 minutes). Should I eat anything before or wait until after and what do I eat after and when (right when I get home)
