Yesterday i was dragging ass all day, before I went to the gym I had no urge to go and do anything. I built up the mentality of "If you dont want to go, then thats when you really need to be there" so I brewed up a pot of coffee and took some hydroxycut hardcore. just to wake me up and it did slightly. I did have my best chest day ever, but if i was dragging i think it could have been better. Im thinking of getting back on my ec stack along with a good pre workout. What do you guys do/take for those days you are dragging.
