What do you do on your recovery days?

Two 1litre bottles of JD to myself playing drinking games. One of the stupidest things ive ever done and will never do again.

lol i would guess not thats a hefty night and probably one fuck of a morning
 
I go to the gym 5 days a week, and I was wondering, on days you take off the gym to recover after weight lifting, what do you do? I usually just do a light workout in my room; 100 Jumping jacks, 100 pushups, 100 crunches, etc..

Those don't sound so light. 100 Crunches lol. Do nothing or if you really want to, do some stretches.

About 18 years ago I was living in Italy, ate a bad oyster. My god I thought I was gonna die. Spent a week in an Italian hospital, NO T.V., Nothing to read, absolutely nothing to do except stare at the ceiling. All of the nurses thought I spoke Italian so they would come in my room and talk to me like I understood everything that was being said. It was insane and quite comical at the same time.

Maybe that was just a result of the fever. They were actually speaking english, or werent there at all :P
 
On my day off I usually Dead lift 450 and do some squats...maybe a few weighted pull ups if I'm feeling sprite.

The thing is, I cant stand to not work out every day. It just makes me feel like I'm lazy and gaining more weight.

When I workout every day it makes me feel like I'm overtraining.
