Is this an acceptable place to eat, and not count as a cheat? It seems to good to be true, its cheap, tastes good and looks clean. Is it possible they are lying about the nutrition facts? Seems like grilled chicken, rice, and black beans is a solid meal?

Go to menu tab then nutrition facts.

 Some of it looks ok... Other stuff I would not touch - but you know what you like... And you have the nutritional information now... So if you want to go there - take a look at the list and workout what you want, then just factor it into your daily totals... As long as you allow for the calories/macro's from the meal the you will be fine! ;)

no offense rod, but you sure do ask a hell of a lot of questions. :D But I guess thats a good thing.

Are you hispanic? That's a typical meal for them. I might add I love some spanish caribean food but not Mexican.

Do you think the grilled chicken is clean? Seems clean...Is that facts before or after cooking? They seem like they dont do much to it.

It is grilled chicken... Unless it is FAKE chicken, or unless they brush it with transfats and HFCS then you really can't go wrong. ;)

The macro's for the 1/4 chicken (no skin) and the chicken breast do not have any CHO in them, and the fat is fairly reasonable, so I doubt they put anything on it (most sauces/spreads will increase both of these)...

And even if they DID add something, then as long as it wasn't pure HFCS or pure transfats then the small amount will not be significant anyway.

As for if it is raw facts... I would assume it to be the cooked facts... But 3.5 oz raw chicken breast is usually 110 cals, 23g protein and 1.2g fat.... Their 6 oz serve has 240 cals, 3g fat and 52g protein - so it is roughly double this...?? But you can also check out www.nutritiondata.com

If you REALLY have to know - you may have to ask them...
