i am not going to do it!! but i wanted to know what u guys thought of it:




Monday: Wide Bench press:10-15 reps 3 sets
Middle bench press:10-15 reps 3 sets
Curl:10-15 reps 3 sets
Squat :8-10 reps 3 sets

Tuesday: Wide bench press:8-10 reps 3 sets
Middle bench press:8-10 reps 3 sets
Curl :8-10 reps 3 sets
Squat :8-10 reps 3 sets

Wednesday :Wide bench press :6-8 reps 3 sets
Middle bench press 6-8 reps 3sets
Curl: 6-8 reps 3 sets
Squat:8-10 reps 3 sets

Thursday :Wide bench press 3-6 reps 3 sets
Middle bench press 3-6 reps 3 sets
Curl : 3-6 reps 3 sets
Squat : 8-10 reps 3 sets

Friday :break day
Saturday:break day
sunday:break

I think the routine sucks balls and the guy who said that is full of shit.
 
i thought the workout was bullshit to..especialy when the kid told me that a guy siad he was benchin 165 3 months before the program now he does 285 8 times...what a crock...i hate stuff like gain 50lbs to your bench in 4wks and shit like that ...its just plain stupid
 
My exceptionally high intelligence quotient dropped a proportionally minute - yet amazingly annoying - twenty points from reading this.
 
OMG, hahaha, I have no idea why, but I found this thread hilarious.
 
I added 125 pounds to my max bench in 3-4 months, but that was when i first started lifting.
 
These "what do you think of it" threads by Kenwood are getting old. And to think I gave you all that advice.
