For those who don't know, maximuscle cyclone is an all in one suppliment, and i'l list all the active ingredients below.
I have no idea what most of the ingredients are, what they do, how effective they are or the side effects, besides calories, protein, carbs and creatine. I was wondering if people could give any oppinions on it, or any information around it.
Despite my ignorance of most of the contents, i used to use it and found it very good, but i felt weaker and drowsy while using, even though i could do more, and build up faster.

Per 60g serving
Energy 230..4kcal/962.4kj
Protein 30g
Carbohydrate 21g
Total fat inc. MCTs and EFAs 4.68g
Glutamine 5.1g
Creatine monohydrate 5.1g
HMB(enzymatic metabolite of leucine) 1.5g
Potassium bicarbonate+ 500mg
Sodium bicarbonate+ 500mg
Beta-ecdysterone (97%) from suma 40mg
Bioperine 5mp
Chromium polynicotinate 200ug(dont have the symbol in phone to type but thats a weird greek symbol 'u')

That last one, the fact that it suggests to me that its a form of nicotine makes me feel uneasy actualy. Is it anything to do with nicotine? I'd not put it past a company to want people hooked on their suppliment lol

Used to use it when I first started weight training. Now I know better. Its far too expensive for what it is, a simple whey protein and some plain creatine mono will do exactly the same thing. Throw in some dextrose if you want to match whats in cyclone, but at half the price.

Agreed. I would go with a creatine and protein stand alone instead of it.
