im 16, 5'7 and 135 pounds
would 1gram protien to ever lb and
2 gram carbz for ever lb
be a good diet for me, who wants to build muscle and get fitter (of course) and i want to bigger in general.
i'd probally have about 15-20% fat percentage aswell?
I go to gym 3 times a week and do full body each time.
and off days i do mountain biking, walking most nights (with mum
), and tennis once a week.
