What do you usualy eat before and after workouts ?

About a half hour before weight training I typically have some whey and a small scoop of natural PB. After I have a shake containing whey and maltodextrin.

Food

What about foods ?
I usualy eat 400 carbs of brown rice or pasta and 45 grams protein chicken about 35 before workout and after whey and bit of tuna after

1 cup dry measure oatmeal and a lean protein source, approx 20 grams worth, an hour before, followed by an apple about 20 minutes before
after i eat a banana with 1/3 cup dry measure cream of wheat with a serving of whey
followed about 30-45 minutes later by a complex carb/lean protein meal (such as chicken and brown rice)

I eat whatever meal is normally scheduled.

I workout after meal 1...

6-8 eggs
Salsa
Cheese
1c Oats
3 Fishies

Before the gym, I usually have a PB sandwich (sometimes with bananas-YUM)! Afterwards I have 50-60g whey and a piece of fruit - these days a handful of cherries!

Before my workouts I try to get a meal with a good mix of everything: protein, carbs, and fat. For my immediate post workout meal I have whey and oats. I skip on the fat because it slows down digestion. About 30-60 minutes later I have another fairly small meal which usually consists of a good mix of everything. I try to have protein, carbs, and fat in all my meals except my immediate post workout meal, during which I skip on fat, and my before bed meal, during which I skip on carbs.

I'm on carb cycling now so it varies, but it used to be:
One cup oatmeal
6 ounces chicken/other lean meat

PWO:
One cup oatmeal
40g whey protein

PWO2 (one and a half hours after w/o)
One and a half cups veggies
1/2 cup brown rice
6 ounces lean meat

Peace.
