Like thermal2, unless it's real hot outside I always wear a longsleeve UnderArmour shirt under a sweatshirt and longjohn pants under sweatpants or warmup pants. I also like to sweat it out after I'm done cardio, usually adding another sweatshirt and gloves to do some lifting or calisthenics and then go bake in the sauna for about 10 minutes. The drink of water at the end is a marvelous thing...
i wear layers usually i warm up with layers by running around the neighborhood.. then i come in and adjust accordingly, usually i workout in a tshirt and shorts or pants
baggy low rise pants, sports bra, t-shirt, always a hat (super 'don't talk to me' low)...i look like an anit-social dirtbag when i train. lucky if both my socks match.
