I have been off training for a couple months, diet almost remained the same except for a few pizza slices on the go during that period..
It's my third day back to the gym, already dropped 4 pounds and feeling great overall and happy with my "come back"
Today, I woke up, had 6 whole boiled eggs, a cup of coffee, had my VPX Meltdown taken care of (1 pill with food, 3 pills an hour later at the gym)..
Warmed up on the treadmill, 7 minutes (till body temperature changes, start sweating).. Started training, starting with 20% less than max to warm up, bicep db curls, shoulder db raises, empty bar shoulder raises.....................
Within about 45 minutes of entering the gym I just felt drained, no energy, no drive, I wanted to do more but there was just no mental connection going on.. My muscles were only warmed up (compared to my usual workouts, where I finish my sets viciously one after another, then push myself even more on the treadmill)..
This is one thing I want to avoid, wanting to train, but feeling like shit shortly after starting to exercise..

What am I missing here?
