Have I not warmed up enough? or pushed it too far?
Basically I was doing tri extensions not the thursday just gone but the thursday before and my tri's are still playing up now! the acheing went away after the first week but now if I put my arm straight up in the air the bring it back from the elbow to touch my shoulders my tri's feel so tight as if their going to snap!
