I always used to hammer my chest with workouts that ran often in excess of 90 minutes. I'd bang out grinding hardcore rep after rep of HEAVY incline presses,flat presses, incline flyes,flat flyes with my legs on a bar and the upper portion of my torso hanging off the bench, and crossovers.
Until this past Monday.
I had 1 hour between my classes at the college,so I ran into their weight room for a quick chest assault.
In 35 minutes, I smashed through flat flyes,incline flyes,incline DB presses, pushups with my body angled(ankles propped on top of an incline bench), and pec deck flyes.
I was sore for 4 days.
Just curious as to what you guys all feel hits you hardest...
And if you guys challenge me to try your workouts,I am game!
