Hi guys
I've been eating on a calorie deficit now for a while. 2 questions. When trying to keep carbs low what is a good number? I usually try to stick under a 100g per day but when I calculated in today what I was planning on eatng it came up with 148g. Apparently 400g of chicken thigh cooked has 41g of carbs.
Another question when refeeding on carbs how many calories above what I have been eating should I aim for? And how many grams of carbs should I get in? Can I just go nuts and eat carbs carbs carbs?
